The origins of Pühaste Brewery go back to 2011, when Eero, the head brewmaster, created his first craft beers. His trial beers, brewed in the summer cottage in the village of Pühaste in Valga County, received high marks from his friends. Continuing to brew as a “gypsy”, brought a lot of good feedback from the wider craft beer community from Estonia and abroad.
