When will I receive my order? We do our best to have the order with you as soon as possible. We work together with PostNL, which means that within the Netherlands and Belgium an order placed on a working day before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. It is of course possible that this takes longer due to circumstances and that is why we ask you to take into account a delivery time of 3 working days. For deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium you have to take into account a delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks, but in practice this is often faster. When the package has been shipped, you will receive the Track & Trace code by e-mail so that you can track your shipment yourself.
-
To which pick-up point will my order be shipped? If you choose the shipping method: Collect package at a PostNL point, you cannot choose a collection point yourself, unfortunately, this is technically not possible. We choose the nearest PostNL pick-up point for you. If you want to pick up the package at another (PostNL) pick-up point, please send us an email.
-
Can I also pick up my package from you?Certainly! You can also pick up your order. For this you choose the option 'pick up' when ordering and we ensure that your order is ready. We would be happy to make an appointment with you when you can come and collect it or if you come on Friday between 12-5 p.m. then our stockroom will be open. We will then ensure that the package is ready for you. Our address is: Hellingweg 224 in Scheveningen (The Hague), the Netherlands.
-
Can I return the beers? If there is a problem with your order, we will of course solve this together. Send us an email info@ondernulpuntvijf.com and we get in touch with you to fix this.
-
Beers arrived broken, now what? That is of course very annoying. It may be that the post has handled your package a little rough, causing bottles or cans to break. Send us an email info@ondernulpuntvijf.com and we solve the problem
-
My order is missing beers, what now?Oh well, we make mistakes sometimes too. Email us at info@ondernulpunt Vijf.com or call 06-14024919 and we will decide together with you whether we will resend the beers, refund them or whether we will send them with your next order.
-
I order multiple packages, how will this be shipped? If you order several beer mixes or beer packages, we will try to send them in one box. You can also order single beers with a beer mix or beer package. These will also be sent in the same box. If this does not fit, we will of course send several boxes to you. You will receive a separate Track & Trace code for all boxes.

What is ONP5?ONP5 is the abbreviation of OnderNulPuntVijf. Our name is a bit difficult to remember for our international customers 😉 We are the largest supplier of low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beer in the Benelux with a dream to conquer the whole world and introduce everyone to tasteful non-alcoholic beer.
-
How did ONP5 originate?Founder Raoul has been drinking no alcohol for over ten years during the Lent period, between Carnival and Easter. As a connoisseur and enthusiast of craft beer, he went looking for alternatives and he found them. For example, there were a few tasty non-alcoholic beers in the supermarket, a few at liquor stores and a number online. That had to be easier. OnderNulPuntVijf was born in 2020: low-alcohol and non-alcoholic craft beers under 0.5% ABV conveniently bundled in one place. With the addition of Janine and David, the team is complete and we work every day with great passion to achieve our goal: It is our mission to introduce everyone to the best alcohol-free and low-alcohol beers from all over the world."
-
How does ONP5 contribute to sustainability?1. More beer = more treesFor every order placed, we plant one tree. In this way we compensate for the CO2 emissions for sending the packages. The trees are planted in collaboration with partner Trees For The Future and help protect the soil, increase biodiversity and provide local work. 2. TooGoodToGo It is possible that a beer from our shop is approaching its best before date. Or that we get a can with a dent. Because these beers are just very tasty, we don't want to just throw them away. Daarvoor zijn we een samenwerking aangegaan met To Good To Go. They have developed an app that offers delicious products that entrepreneurs have left over at the end of the day. They are then for sale for a low price. 3. Cardboard recyclingWe receive our beers in crates, which of course go back to the brewers, but also often in cardboard boxes. We try to use as many of these boxes as shipping boxes. This way we don't have to throw it away and we have to order fewer new shipping boxes. Which in turn contributes to a smaller ecological footprint. 4. HubbelNot all beers can be stored on the Hellingweg. Daarom huisvesten wij sommige bieren bij onze partner Hubbel. With their zero-emission service, we still get them delivered to us in a responsible manner.

Would you like to find out more about the shelf life of (non-alcoholic) beer? Then we recommend that you read this article to read.
-
What does your monthly beer subscription include? For the real "alcohol-free beer geeks" we have a monthly new beer subscription. When returning "reads" the machine reads the barcode of the can. So make sure it is easy to read. If the machine does not pick up a can, please let us know. The deposit is already included in the price.
-
Is there a deposit on bottles? There is no deposit on most bottles. After drinking, you take this to the bottle bank. Some bottles do have a deposit. This is stated on this bottle. You can hand these in at any return point. The deposit is included in the price.

I sell or brew non-alcoholic beer, are you interested?Oh yes! We are always curious about new non-alcoholic beers. This is how it works:1. We will of course contact you after we have tasted. 2. Together we then decide whether to add the beer to our range once or repeatedly. What is the difference between low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beer?It is important to note the following difference: non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beer. Alcohol-free beer (in the Netherlands) :May contain up to 0.1% alcohol, but is usually 0.0% if labeled. You can therefore safely drink this beer before, during and after your pregnancy without it being harmful to the baby, but you can also drink this beer if you do not want to or are not allowed to drink alcohol for other health reasons. Low alcohol beer (in the Netherlands):May contain between 0.1% and 1.2% alcohol. Abroad:The guidelines for non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beer differ per country. OnP5 you will only find beers up to 0.5% alcohol. When we talk about non-alcoholic beer on our website, we are talking about beer that contains a maximum of 0.5% alcohol. Beers that are 0.0% are also explicitly called 0.0%. All 0.0% beers can be found on this page.
-
Is non-alcoholic beer healthy?According to the Nutrition Center, alcohol-free beer is healthier than beer with alcohol because it contains fewer calories. For example, alcoholic beer contains an average of 45 kcal per 100 ml and non-alcoholic beer 26 kcal per 100 ml. Non-alcoholic beer also contains fewer calories than soft drinks such as cola and orange juice. But there is still sugar in non-alcoholic beer, so it is advisable not to drink too much of it. A nice side effect of alcohol-free beer is that it has an isotonic effect: there are naturally vitamins in alcohol-free beer that are quickly absorbed into the body. So is non-alcoholic beer healthy? You have to judge that yourself.
-
What is the best non-alcoholic beer?Well, opinions are divided on that. There are many types of non-alcoholic beer. A type of beer that is rated relatively well among our customers is a non-alcoholic IPA (India Pale Ale). This is a kind of Pale Ale with extra hops. Hops give the beer a strong, almost bitter taste. This masks the absence of alcohol and also the well-known 'malt sweetness' that alcohol-free pilsners sometimes have. So are you new to the world of non-alcoholic beer and don't know what to choose? Then we recommend a alcohol-free IPA.
-
Is beer vegan? The ingredients of beer are usually non-animal, although sometimes there may be lactose in beer or other ingredients such as honey. However, beer is filtered and this membrane is often animal. So the answer is no, beer is often not suitable for people with a vegan lifestyle. Fortunately, we do have a series of beers that are suitable for vegans. You can find these beers here.
-
Is ginger beer beer?Traditional ginger ale is a sugar-sweetened carbonated drink that is usually non-alcoholic. It is produced by natural fermentation of prepared ginger, yeast and sugar. So it is not beer, but it is a refreshing and spicy drink that is brewed. The most famous ginger beer is Bundaberg from Australia, but the Fentimans from England is also very well known. It is great to see that smaller breweries such as the German Herbal Moscow are also coming up with innovative recipes. On this page you will find all non-alcoholic ginger beers that OnderNulPuntVijf offers.
-
Can you drink 0.0 when you are pregnant?Yes, you can drink 0.0 beer with confidence when you are pregnant. Be careful with drinks that have the title "alcohol free/alcohol free/non alcoholic". Some brewers put this on it, but the beer still contains alcohol (<0.5%). This is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. On this page you will find all beers that are completely 0.0.
-
Does non-alcoholic beer contain gluten? Most beers are made with barley or wheat, which automatically contains gluten in the beer. There is no difference between beer with or without alcohol. However, there is a solution for this: gluten-free alcohol-free beerHow do they make gluten-free (non-alcoholic) beer? This can be done by using oats or the ancient grain Teff instead of the normal grains when brewing the beer. There are originally no gluten in it. But more often the gluten is removed from a normally brewed beer. The beer is then “deglutanized”. There is then less than 20 ppm gluten (= 20 mg/kg product) gluten in the product and may therefore use the official Crossed Grain quality mark. More information about this can be found at the Dutch Celiac Association.Which gluten-free non-alcoholic beer is there? We have a number of Gluten-free Alcohol-free beers in our shop. The complete overview can be found here. We carefully check whether a beer is gluten-free before we classify it in this category. If you come across gluten-free alcohol-free beers yourself, we will certainly add this gluten-free alcohol-free beer to the portfolio.
-
Why do you also sell beer that can be found in the supermarket?Because we have customers all over the world, we also offer beers that can be found in the supermarket. For example, we can also make a customer from the United States happy with a Leffe Blond 0.0 or a nice beer from Brouwerij 't IJ or Jever. And so you can taste that hip non-alcoholic beer from the United States, which he would not order. So something for everyone!
