We are OnderNulPuntVijf and are registered with the Chamber of Commerce under the name Royal Down Marketing Soluntions. Our address is Steigerstraat 8, 2583LK in The Hague. We are registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 27282657 and our VAT number is NL00303 1812 B59.

Age restriction

 

To purchase alcohol-free and low-alcohol beer with an alcohol percentage below 0.5% in the Netherlands, you do not have to be 18 years or older (source). However, we do adhere to this requirement and, if in doubt about the age, we will request confirmation of this and/or refuse the order. By placing an order with us online, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to cancel delivery if the age and/or identity of the recipient is in doubt.

 

Delivery

 

We only ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship or deliver goods on public holidays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas.

 

We use PostNL to ship our orders. Of course, we remain responsible for proper shipping. We would like to refer you to the PostNL website for information about itreceived of our packages.

 

Please note that you cannot change the delivery address after a delivery order has been booked without incurring new delivery charges.

 

Bestellingen

 

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your entire order, we will exchange any missing items for a similar beer of at least equal value to minimize order delays. We reserve the right to exchange up to 3 items to expedite an order to be shipped as quickly as possible. If we need to exchange more than 3 items, we will place your order on hold and contact you for further instructions.

Returns

Do you regret your purchase? You can then return your purchase within 14 days and the purchase will be cancelled. We will refund you the full amount of your purchase (if you return everything of course). We will also pay you any shipping costs you may have incurred.  

 

Verrassing packages

 

You can also order surprise packages from us. These consist of 6 or 12 items that we select for you. We do our utmost to put together these packages with care and take your personal wishes into account. The choice of the types of beers will be made by us and no objections can be made to this.

Refunds and Replacements
 

We know that the beers that do not all arrive present and correct are frustrating. And we hate wasting beer, but one of the risks of carrying glass bottles is that they can break from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure that all our cases have their full quota of beers, but in the rare event that one of your beers is missing or broken, please contact our team atinfo@ondernulpunt Vijf.com.

Although we do our utmost to ensure that everything runs smoothly, you may have received a product that is defective or has expired. You will then be entitled to a full refund excluding shipping costs, which can be arranged by contacting us at the email address above. We can also choose to still deliver you a decent product.
