Brewery
The story behind the creation of Browar Stu Mostów is unusual. The beer brewed there is just as special.
The idea of starting a brewery emerged in our minds and hearts in 2012 and has since slowly matured as a craft aged beer.
Shortly after thorough market research, we began discussions with potential partners, first at the international food fair in Poznań and then at a beer fair in Germany.
There we came into contact with BrauKon, a company that perfectly matched the philosophy of our brewery and that provided us with the most modern and high-quality equipment for brewing craft beer.
