The Cornelissen family has been brewing beer since the 1800s, and since 1859 they have been doing so in Opitter. With Jef Cornelissen at the helm, the sixth generation is now in charge. He combines craftsmanship and tradition with a touch of the latest techniques, resulting in a very fine selection of high-quality beers.
