Dok Brewing - Blinkie is an alcohol-free IPA that packs a surprising hop punch with just 0.3% alcohol. It is almost as heavily hopped as a Double IPA, and you notice it immediately. Columbus, Amarillo, Sabro, Mosaic, and Simcoe provide a pronounced bitterness and many aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, along with spicy and resinous notes. A true hop bomb that quickly makes you forget its low alcohol percentage.

Dok Brewing Company is an innovative microbrewery with a cozy brewpub in Ghent. It is the brainchild of three beer lovers from Ghent, all three with their own expertise in the world of beer and with a shared passion for the product and their city.
At the start, the idea was even never to brew a recipe twice, so that both the brewers and the beer drinkers could constantly discover new flavors. Dok now also has a number of staple beers, but experimenting is still in its DNA.
The idea for a brewpub is the result of meetings with other passionate beer lovers and brewers at home and abroad. What started as a wild dream over a pint soon became a reality. A few years after the first 'what if we...?', the brewpub is a fact. Definitely worth a visit.Properties
