Drink'in the Sun from the Danish brewery Mikkeller is an American Style Wheat Ale, or in other words, a wheat beer. That doesn't tell the whole story, though. The German Weizen has a very different taste from a Belgian Witbier . This one leans more towards the latter. It has a citrus flavor and is delicious to enjoy in the sun, as the name suggests.

Mikkeller is one of, if not the, top breweries in Denmark. The Bjergso twins started their own breweries independently of each other. Jeppe started Evil Twin Brewery in New York, and Mikkel started Mikkeller in Copenhagen. The latter makes phenomenal beers that he sells all over the world. Among them are a number of top-tier beers under 5.0, including this one. And I promise you: more are to come!
