Neon Raptor Brewing Co. is a Nottingham microbrewery, located in Sneinton Market Avenues since 2018. Originally starting out as a so-called 'cuckoo brewery' in 2016, brewing on other breweries' equipment, they have since branched out and built their own brewery and taproom.
Founders Josh and Tom, both former postal workers, started brewing beer in their kitchen using Wilko’s equipment. They won a homebrew competition at BrewDog Nottingham, which motivated them to pursue their passion professionally.
Neon Raptor is known for its innovative and flavorful beers, ranging from hazy New England IPAs to rich stouts and fruity sours. Their beers are often inspired by retro video games and dinosaur themes, which is reflected in their bold branding and beer names.
The taproom, also known as ‘The Rap Tap’ is open from Thursday to Sunday and offers a wide range of freshly brewed beers, as well as local gin and cider. It is a popular place for beer lovers to discover new flavours and take part in events and pop-ups.
