Omnipollo Pleroma is an alcohol-free sour where raspberry, passion fruit, and vanilla come together. The natural sweetness of raspberries is counterbalanced by a fresh, tart, tropical tartness from passion fruit. A touch of vanilla gives the beer a soft, creamy note reminiscent of crème brûlée. A fruity dessert in your glass, with 0.3% alcohol.
 Pleroma comes from the Greek plḗrōma (πλήρωμα), which means 'fullness' or 'completeness'. In the Gnostic tradition, it refers to the fullness of the divine. We have not been able to ascertain exactly why Omnipollo chose this name. The association with a full, rich flavor suits the beer well, but that is our own interpretation.
