Rudy's is an independent brewery from Kuldīga, Latvia, founded in 2019 by a couple and their dog, Rudy. Their mission: to brew kombucha that is pure, honest, and innovative. At their small brewery, they work exclusively with organic ingredients and combine traditional fermentation with creative flavors. Rudy's has won several international awards, but remains true to its roots: small-scale, artisanal, and with a heart for people and animals – a portion of the proceeds goes to animal shelters.
