Brewery
Whiplash was founded in 2016 and started as a weekend project producing one-off beers. It soon became full-time to meet demand, which eventually led to the construction of its own purpose-designed brewery in Ballyfermot. Whiplash now has a team of 13 and produces both traditional and modern beers, with 4-6 special limited editions per month, as well as a range of permanent beers available year-round.
