Brewery
Browar Lubrow is a Polish family brewery in Borcz, near Gdańsk. What began as father Tomasz’s restaurant brewery is now run by his sons Dominik and Tomek. Dominik handles the brewing, while Tomek takes care of the technical side. Together they combine craftsmanship, creativity and a hands-on DIY spirit. From refreshing lagers and hoppy IPAs to bold imperial stouts, Lubrow loves variety. Their beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised, and have been canned since 2020 to preserve their quality.
