Ārpus Brewing Co. is a modern craft brewery from Latvia that has quickly built a strong reputation in the European beer scene. Since its founding in 2017, the team has brewed beers that deliberately go beyond traditional styles: intensely hoppy IPAs, fruity smoothie sours and rich imperial stouts.
What makes Ārpus special is its focus on aroma, freshness and experimentation. Many of its IPAs are double or even triple dry-hopped, bursting with tropical fruit, citrus and gentle bitterness. The brewery is also known for its bold smoothie sours packed with fruit and its dessert-like stouts.
The brewery regularly collaborates with other leading European craft brewers and releases most of its beers in small batches. As a result, releases are often limited and popular with fans of modern craft beer.
