Placebo from Lupulus is a surprisingly tasty beer. Brewed by subtly combining aromatic hops with unique varieties such as Nectaron and Citra. The result is a low-alcohol beer (non-dealcoholized) that is nice and thick and offers you a completely authentic taste experience with aromas of passion fruit, peach, grapefruit and pineapple.

The family brewer Brasserie Lupulus is located in the Ardennes. The Brewery was founded in 2004. Originally the brewery only served to supply the adjacent bistro with the necessary beer, but it soon became clear that Lupulus was too special to keep on site. From the start, the brewers' goal was: to brew beer in which you can taste the respect for Belgian tradition, but which at the same time offers a new and unique story in terms of taste and aromas.
The brewery was founded within the enclosure of a beautiful Ardennes farm from the 19th century, idyllically situated in the green and surrounded by a stream of pure and fresh water. This exceptional framework can only be inspiring and that is how the Lupulus beers were born. A beautiful marriage between Ardennes tradition and ultra-modern brewing technology.

For the quizzers among us: the Latin name for hops is Humulus Lupulus, which literally means "little humble wolf". Hence the name and logo with the little wolf.
