The origins of Pühaste Brewery date back to the year 2011, when Eero, the head brewmaster, made his first craft beers. His trial beers, brewed at the summer cottage in the village of Pühaste in the province of Valga, received high marks from his friends. Continuing to brew like a "Gypsy", generated a lot of good feedback from the wider craft beer community from Estonia and abroad.
