This unpasteurized kombucha is brewed using naturally fermented green tea and contains only natural ingredients. Thanks to fermentation, a subtle fizz and a lively taste experience are created, without added sugar.

Rudy's is an independent brewery from Kuldīga, Latvia, founded in 2019 by a couple and their dog, Rudy. Their mission: to brew kombucha that is pure, honest, and innovative. From their small brewery, they work exclusively with organic ingredients and combine traditional fermentation with creative flavors. Rudy's has since received multiple international awards, yet remains true to its roots: small-scale, artisanal, and with a heart for people and animals – for instance, a portion of the proceeds goes to animal shelters.
