Tøinne is a young kombucha maker from Leuven, born from a love for good food, pure ingredients, and fermentation. The inspiration began in his grandmother's kitchen and grew during culinary travels through Asia and other places, where the maker became fully acquainted with fermented beverages. After years of experimenting with scobies, flavors, and fermentation techniques, he launched his kombucha in 2025. Tøinne consciously opts for simplicity: few ingredients, one distinct flavor, and above all, plenty of time and precision. The result is an organic kombucha that is not intended as just another soft drink, but as a sophisticated alcohol-free alternative for the dinner table.
