Brewery
Founded in 2016, Whiplash started out as a weekend project making one-off beers. It quickly became full-time to meet demand, eventually leading to the construction of its own purpose-built brewery in Ballyfermot. Whiplash now has a team of 13 and produces both traditional and modern beers with 4-6 special limited editions per month, as well as a permanent range of beers available all year round.
