Ārpus Brewing Co. is a modern craft brewery from Latvia that has built a strong reputation in the European beer world in a short time. Since its founding in 2017, the team has been brewing beers that deliberately fall outside traditional styles: intensely hoppy IPAs, fruity smoothie sours, and rich imperial stouts.
What makes Ārpus special is their focus on aroma, freshness, and experimentation. Many of their IPAs are double or even triple dry-hopped, causing them to burst with tropical fruit, citrus, and soft bitters. Additionally, they are known for their distinct smoothie sours with generous amounts of fruit and their dessert-style stouts.
The brewery regularly collaborates with other leading European craft brewers and releases the majority of their beers in small batches. As a result, the releases are often available in limited quantities and are popular among enthusiasts of modern craft beers.
