Here it is, the first IPA Below zero point five from Brouwerij Bello: Bellow! A delicious, easy-drinking IPA with a lovely sweet malty flavour that transitions into tropical fruit. It has a slightly bitter finish. A wonderful pairing with a spicy dish.
Well done, Kelvin!

Brewery
Brouwerij Bello is a contract brewery from Vinkeveen (NL), founded by hobby brewer Kelvin Hoogeboom (alias the Bierguru). The name Bello is a direct reference to the local Bellopad, a famous walking path along a former railway line. The steam locomotive 'Bello' roared through the brewer's hometown via this railway line until the 1850s and still serves on the current Hoorn-Medemblik steam train route. Additionally, Bello is a corruption of the Italian word 'Bellissimo', which means beautiful or magnificent, and that is precisely what Bello aims to serve: magnificent beer from Vinkeveen.
