Moray is a low-alcohol version of the Moray IPA with. Stadshaven Brouwerij has found a way to remove the alcohol and leave all the flavor in this beer. Including Carambola and Tangerine.
Curry, BBQ pizza with blue cheese and carrot cake are recommended as food pairings.

Stadshaven Brouwerij was founded by Harm van Deuren and his team of creative and enthusiastic beer enthusiasts. Their gastropub in Rotterdam, which covers no less than 5,000 m2, can easily welcome 350 guests where they provide a gastronomic experience and of course organize beer tours. With 2 million liters of beer per year, they are the second largest independent brewery in the Netherlands. Their focus, apart from brewing delicious beer, is also in the field of sustainability by wasting as little water and energy as possible using modern techniques. A fine piece of work from these men, in such a short time! Hopefully we'll see a lot more of them.
