Brouwerij Pronck is a small production brewery in the heart of Leiden, started in 2014 by friends with a passion for pure, honest beer. With a monthly capacity of approximately 3,000 liters, they brew in their own kettles. They brew with local ingredients such as malt from Zeeland and honey from Leiden.
Pronck also organizes tours, workshops and tastings and takes their iconic bar to events throughout the country.
Sustainability is key: residual flows are reused, including in bread or animal feed.Properties
