Drop Project - Down Shift is a lively alcohol-free creation bursting with fresh citrus and tropical fruit. The combination of Mosaic and Citra hops, along with a touch of yuzu, creates a distinctly fruity and refreshing character. In the glass, a slightly cloudy, golden-yellow color appears, with aromas of fresh lemon, grapefruit, and juicy mango. Behind this, notes of mandarin, passion fruit, and a subtle hint of pine emerge. Light-bodied, dry, crisp, and deliciously citrusy.

Brewery
Drop Project is an independent craft brewery from Mitcham, South London, founded by three friends with a shared love for good beer, skateboarding and snowboarding, and the outdoors. The brewery focuses on modern, distinctive beers and is particularly known for fresh, hop-forward styles. Quality and experimentation are central to this: no shortcuts, but flavourful beers that are allowed to be just a little bit different.
Sustainability has also played an important role from the very beginning. For instance, used grain is reused as animal feed, the brewery has significantly reduced its CO₂ emissions, and Drop Project adheres to the 'One Brew = One Tree' principle: a tree is planted for every batch brewed.
