Is apple cider beer? We could talk about it for a long time, but This Galipette (which means Salto in French) is simply delicious. The making process is also somewhat like wine, but it is almost always grouped under the beer types. If you want to read more about this type of beer, our colleagues from Gall&Gall have written a nice piece about it.

More info
Les Celliers Associés is a cooperative that was founded by and for the apple producer members. It all started in 1953, when 12 apple growers from the Rance Valley decided to share production and distribution resources. With the same passion and goal, they launched the cooperative "Les Celliers Associés" in Pleudihen-sur-Rance in the Côtes d'Armor, on a 5-hectare site bordering the Rance River. They share the passion to transform apples into cider and apple juice, and you can taste it
