Brewery
The brewery was founded in 1999 by father and son Jan and Jan van Kollenburg as a brewery tenant under the name brewery 't Kolleke. In 2007, a brewing installation was purchased in Hungary and the official opening of the brewery took place on September 4, 2007. Since 2013, the brewmaster has been Pieter van Meel, who previously worked at the Het Brouwcafé brewery in Scheveningen.
