This first alcohol-free beer from Birra Baladin was developed in collaboration with the University of Turin.About the beer: a light floral taste and pleasant bitterness. Passion flower and cannabis sativa (hemp) are added to this beer to give the beer a "zen touch".

Baladin is a beer brewery from Piemonte, Italy. In the eighties, owner Teo Musso started brewing with home-grown ingredients and with the help of the Italian sun. His beers are a piece of craftsmanship and take on average more than 3 months to produce. The Baladin empire now includes a great brewery, several pubs and even a hotel. You will also find this beer in the good Italian restaurants in the Netherlands. They are not cheap, but then you have something unique.
