The Kleine Burgemeester (or Klein3 Burgem33ster, as it says on the can) is based on the Grote and is therefore also a tripel. The same recipe was used, except for the yeast. It is therefore deliciously spicy and full-bodied, with a malty finish.

Seagull Brewing was founded by brothers Simon and Job Mewe (which is also where the brewery's name comes from). They are (still) contract brewers and focus on classic styles. They are located in Utrecht.
