Brasserie des Légendes is a family brewery in Wallonia that combines tradition, terroir, and sustainability. Founded in 2006 from the merger of Brasserie des Géants (Irchonwelz) and Brasserie Ellezelloise (Ellezelles), its roots go back to the 1990s. They grow their own barley on their own land, control the entire production chain, use only traditional ingredients (water, malt, hops, yeast), and invest in environmentally friendly technologies such as heat reuse and solar panels. The result: more than 1.8 million liters of pure, natural Belgian beers annually, reflecting both folklore and craftsmanship.
