Menno Olivier is one of the best-known Dutch craft beer brewers and the founder of Brouwerij De Molen. After his departure, he started over in Catalonia, this time under his own name. With Menno Olivier Brewing, he produces distinctive beers in small batches, in which his love for powerful, dark, and complex beers is particularly evident. Praline demonstrates that he can also excellently translate that characteristic style into an alcohol-free beer.
