Eleven - Oma Lodewijk

Brouwerij Eleven is a brewery in Utrecht founded by Loes van Impelen and Kevin Hageman. The number '11' in the name symbolizes two units that together are more than alone, which reflects the collaboration between the founders.
In May 2017, 11Brewery was registered with the Chamber of Commerce. In February 2018, the brewery released its first commercial beer, brewed at Brewboyz (now Brouwerij Utrecht). Due to confusion about the name, it was changed to Brouwerij Eleven in October 2020. citeturn0search.
In July 2018, the brewery opened its own production location at Eendrachtlaan 100 in Utrecht, where it collaborates with other entrepreneurs and the hospitality industry. In November 2018, the brewing installation was put into use, and the official opening took place on March 8, 2019.

Since January 2019, Brouwerij Eleven has been offering beer brewing workshops and supporting other breweries in producing larger quantities of beer. In October 2020, the name was changed to Brouwerij Eleven. In the spring of 2021, the brewery opened a tasting room. In March 2022, a new bottling line was installed.
