Botanically brewed Non-Alc Leftover Lemon & Elderflower (0.3%) with excess lemon & elderflower. Lively and refreshing, with a refined floral aftertaste. Lowlander wouldn't be Lowlander if they didn't do that with rescued fruit. Super nice initiative and it is really tasty. The elderflowers make it fresh and sweet, while the lemon adds a hint of acidity.

With a love for botanicals in our blood, it was a natural next step for us to want to support and protect the country's biodiversity. That's why we are inspired by nature's meadows and hedgerows. For this alcohol-free Blonde Ale we use organic hops and organically harvested elderberries and rose hips. While meadows alone cannot offset the use of pesticides, they are a small step to slow the decline of pollinators and serve as a reminder to preserve the natural beauty of our countryside.
