Ginger & Cardamom is a Bemuse mead and is brewed with apple blossom honey, which gives it the light golden color and a pleasant, fresh scent. It is not a very sweet honey and leaves a slight apple taste. The spice comes from the addition of aromatic ginger and cardamom, a perfect match with the other ingredients. All Bemuses are gluten-free and low in calories.
